Purpose: Providing you with a means to contact us and for answering your information requests, as well as sending you communications about our products, services; and activities, through electronic channels (email, SMS, etc.), provided you have checked the acceptance checkbox.

Legitimacy: The USER’s consent by requesting information through our contact form and by checking the corresponding checkbox.

Storage: Until your request has been attended via contact form or replied by email, given it has not generated a new treatment or, in the event of having checked the commercial mailing box, until you unsubscribe.

Purpose: Answering your information requests, attending your petitions; and answering your questions or doubts. In the event of receiving the USER’s curriculum vitae, it shall be understood that he/she authorises its handling and addition to our databases in order to enter into present and/or future staff selection processes.

Legitimacy: The USER’s consent by requesting information via the email address or submitting his/hers CV.

Storage: Until the request you submitted by email has been answered, given it has not generated a new treatment. In the event of receiving your CV, your data can be kept up to 1 year for future staff selection processes.

You must be at least 14 years-old in order to submit your personal data or, if appropriate, have sufficient legal capacity to contract.

The requested personal data is necessary to manage your petitions, to register you as a USER and/or providing any services you may contract; consequently, if you do not provide the data, it will be impossible for us to properly handle your demands or to provide the service you requested.

In any event, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to include your data into our databases.
